I'm too sexy for this blog....

This page will serve as a running commentary updated week by week to illustrate what I hope is a drastic body transformation such as the ones below:


On the other hand, everyone's body is different and so therefore there is a chance it could be more like Jeff Goldblum's transformation:


However, I feel that by watching this anti-instructional video I have learnt enough on how NOT to end up like a Jeff and thus become more successful as a person.  I have mainly been avoiding anything that looks like a 'Telepod' in the gym (they have two in ours).
